FWIW, the quickest way to customizing a Text Animation Preset is with the UU key. Thereafter, it's pretty quick to discern which properties require adjustments, which Animator Property and/or Range Selector(s) to add onto existing Animator Groups and if new Animator Group(s) + Properties should be created.
