Thanks for the info.  That is working for me.

I can't believe that MAXON and Adobe would rather me jeopardise all my system then to provide a simple solution to this problem.
Yes....I can do the reinstall, but have been doing this too long to know the possible consequences.

So for me, I will just keep this work flow and say 'adios' to the command e workflow.
