This is the case in my setup at least. Duplicate treats all 3 screens as 1 monitor when using ATI Eyefinity. Extend treats each as its own.. You might have to do a little finagling to get the start menu and bar on whichever screen you want. that can be done in your video card's settings panel. Also, you may want to look into an app called DisplayFusion. it's cheaper than Actualtools and looks like it does the same stuff plus more..
