I've also had some luck using the adaptive blurs from RevisionFX' SmoothKit set to the lightness or red chann= els and deep, shadow wrinkles can also be blended somewhat with RE:Fill by decl= aring the dark areas "holes". Depends and course multiple steps to isolate the pa= rts may be necessary plus some color correction to blend them in back...
