Any of the beautification plug-ins that have become so fashionable, I suppose (Beauty Box, Sapphire Beauty, MB Cosmo). I've also had some luck using the adaptive blurs from RevisionFX' SmoothKit set to the lightness or red channels and deep, shadow wrinkles can also be blended somewhat with RE:Fill by declaring the dark areas "holes". Depends and course multiple steps to isolate the parts may be necessary plus some color correction to blend them in back...
