Dear AE list,

I was wondering if anyone could help me to help a buddy I know trying to grow his Paddle Board business by posting some videos on the web.  

They used the mini camera called HERO that you can stick onto Paddle Boards/surf boards but when you play the video either they slowed down the actual footage and made it slow-motion or would you say that the resolution is too high and makes the video playback at a  slow res on Vimeo? or what?  I don't know but I feel inclined to help these two guys make better videos.
