It does but the black lines in the highlights in 16 and 32 bit projects is a
nearly 3 year old error that you figure would have been fixed by now but
everywhere on the web I found it posted, it remains unfixed.

The problem that I mentioned is specific to 440X DNxHD MXF presets in AME CC
(7.0.1).  If you use a 220X or lower DNxHD MXF preset, the exported file
should import into After Effects without error.

There's a bug introduced by the Adobe Media Encoder CC update so that it
creates DNxHD files that can't be read by After Effects 12.0. We'll be
addressing this in an update. Premiere Pro already addressed this in their
Premiere Pro CC (7.0.1) update.
