For what its worth both the LG and the Dell 2713H  use the same 10bit wide gamut panel (8bit panel+ AFRC) I'd go with the Dell , better ergonomics.
The cheaper Dell 2713HM covers the SRGB color space
Review of both Dells

One note with the SRGB model, one cannot use both custom RGB sliders and color temperature to calibrate. It is either or. For me the custom settings gives best results but is a bit on the coolside.

From another forum
I'd take the Dell for the support and no-PWM/better stand. The LG is a cheap attempt to make huge margins by compromising on quality : this screen has a PWM frequency of 130 Hz!!! My ZR2440W, in comparison does 380 Hz and the U2312HM does north of 300 Hz as well. Anything less than 280-300 Hz on LED screens is asking for potential trouble and eyestrain.

I'd buy the Apple display in a second if it wasn't for the glossy surface.
In my studio I have a window behind me. The reflections would drive me nutz.
