It looks like we may have forestalled the bloodletting. We almost came to virtual fisticuffs the last time this subject came up over the significance of DPI. I hope that didn't resurrect any bad feelings. ;-)
Well fortunately i also found a template that matches your specs perfectly. For the question on why AE? Well so far I've never needed photo shop so i don't have it (yet) but the other gent's reply is probably why i haven't needed it yet. Lol Sorry about the worms - just askin. :) Eric

Yes, and you are about to open a huge can of worms. We've gone down this road before…
Make a doc that size in Ps, and make a note of the pixel dimensions in Ps.
Then make a comp in Ae with the same pixel dimensions. There you go.
3600 x5400 should do it.
Hello,
Probably a silly question but I want to make just a single still image in AE but it needs to be 12” wide x 18” tall
and 300 dpi. I've never really made something where I needed those kind of measurements and specs.
Any idea how to do this in AE?
Thanks,
Eric
