| I think you can change the scroll wheel settings for After Effects in logitechs 'SetPoint'-software. There must be a tab for the scroll wheel on the left side. I have a logitech mouse with a scroll wheel and I find myself constantly correcting my comp view zoom, because I have unintentionally zoomed in or out while moving my mouse to access something in the tool bar or menus.
