The place I'm working at is setting up a new motion studio, they've recen= tly bought 4 new iMacs. Initially they purchased 2 full Trapcode Suites = which eventually got installed on all 4 machines as various projects and = freelancers moved around. This obviously caused conflicts with serial nu= mbers so yesterday they purchased another 2 full trapcode suites. So now= we have 4 Macs and 4 full trapcode suite licenses. The problem is that no matter what we try - including using the Red Giant= un-installer - we can't seem to get a unique license on each machine, we= keep getting the message 'machine xx has the same serial number. Please= re-install etc etc'. We've done that and we're definitely installing a = unique serial number on each machine but it doesn't seem to be overwritin= g the old one. Any suggestions? -Chris
