Red Giant contacted me very promptly and pointed me towards a bunch of pr= eference files to delete. I trashed them and re-installed and everything= is working fine now. I was interested to note that the Red Giant / Trapcode preference files a= re plain text and include the serial number, it was easy to see that some= plugins were still listed as either 'demo' or with the wrong serial numb= er even after running the installer with a new number, or running the Red= Giant un-installer. But all is good now :-) -Chri -----Original Message----- From: Lloyd Alvarez [mailto:lists@aescripts.com] Sent: Thursday, August 15, 2013 09:10 AM To: 'After Effects Mail List' Subject: Re: [AE] Trapcode Suite serial problem Have you not been able to get help from Red Giant yet?
