Red Giant contacted me very promptly and pointed me towards a bunch of preference files to delete. I trashed them and re-installed and everything is working fine now. I was interested to note that the Red Giant / Trapcode preference files are plain text and include the serial number, it was easy to see that some plugins were still listed as either 'demo' or with the wrong serial number even after running the installer with a new number, or running the Red Giant un-installer. But all is good now :-) -Chri -----Original Message----- From: Lloyd Alvarez [mailto:lists@aescripts.com] Sent: Thursday, August 15, 2013 09:10 AM To: 'After Effects Mail List' Subject: Re: [AE] Trapcode Suite serial problem Have you not been able to get help from Red Giant yet? Running a software company myself I would highly advise you contact them directly as they'll be in the best position to help you.
