As someone who used to be one of the people behind the AdobeCare account on Twitter, I make this plea: Please, please, please, use the forums instead: http://forums.adobe.com/community/creative_cloud http://forums.adobe.com/community/download_install_setup The same people who would help you on Twitter are on the forums, and we _all_ prefer to help you on the forums. It is much harder to have/track/manage a conversation on Twitter. We are only on Twitter because we know that that is where some people will choose to go... not because it is the best place to go. We have a much easier (i.e., more successful) time helping people on forums than on Twitter. Please?
