well when i had an issue with my CC account clicked on whatever support button and did the online chat. i spent ~2 hours and then never really resolved the problem. adobecare on twitter replied to me and via DM fixed the issue very quickly and painlessly...

this was for an account issue, so not sure id go to the forums for something like that.

i dont recommend using chat support. that was painful

The same people who would help you on Twitter are on the forums, and we _all_ prefer to help you on the forums. It is much harder to have/track/manage a conversation on Twitter. We are only on Twitter because we know that that is where some people will choose to go... not because it is the best place to go. We have a much easier (i.e., more successful) time helping people on forums than on Twitter.

twitter support, the adobe care account, way more useful then online support or calling from my experience
