| Well, kind of OT. I'm going to be presenting some After Effects work... I've got a 2010 MacBookPro connecting to a Sharp projector (miniDisplayPort to VGA adaptor). It has always worked fine in the past but now the projector output and the MBP finder look like they are limited to 16 colors. Any regular imagery is highly posterized. We've swopped out cables, adaptors, different resolutions and refresh rates without solving the issue. We tried with another Sharp projector of the same make and had no problems (and no we cannot swop the two projectors). Once I unplug the sharp projector the problem goes away on my mac. Anyone seen anything like this before. I am googleless. Thanks, James |
