I tried rendering= out a composition that is 10 seconds long and 90 fps and then reimported i= t in order to output it as a clip that is 30 seconds long and 30 fps. This= isn't working and I was wondering if there is a better approach. I tried = exporting as single frames as well, but AE chokes when I import those back = into the project. I don't want to do this with Time Stretch as this involv= es repeating frames and frame blending, etc., which I want to avoid. Basically what I'm trying to slow down is a particle emitter, the settings = of which don't allow an extremely slow effect on their own.
