Instead of using transform, use one of the points of the corner pin surface as your position data, might work better.
So track using the surface,export paste.

Do you have CS6?  Seems that should work pretty good.  Which choice are you using for your track data?  I am not looking at the moment but I believe the non-default choice to the older CS3 (where you save Mocha tracking data) I think it says, works well for that.

Okay Thanks.   Now a Mocha question.  As I stated below, trying to motion track a city aerial and apply to null, parent text to null.  Its kind of ok but not great.  The text is not really locked into the landscape.  Kind of drifting.  Do I sample a smaller area when tracking?  or should I apple stabilizer to the aerial first?
