As payment for an OT query I offer 2 handy keyboard shortcuts:

1) holding down the option key when pasting will paste at the current time.=

2) When the main viewer window is selected, alt-double clicking on the hand= icon will re-centre the viewer contents, which is very handy when comparin= g multiple compositions.
