Today, it's taking an hour for download notifications to come to my and = my client's mailboxes. And last week, the service was down entirely for = four hours or so. I wrote to sales and got a reply to the effect that "this hasn't = happened before." So, can you other customers who were so enthusiastic about wetransfer = corroborate that? Or, am I being shined on? I've got less than a week left to cancel my year commitment without = penalty, and I'm considering it. I can't afford these delays. I have = impetuous clients. Jim C. ,
