I've been using drop box for all of my client deliverable needs and also backup since becoming freelance. It is a real time saver, as it uploads items as soon as they are done rendering, meaning by the time I need to send that email off, it's already uploaded and all I need to do is generate a link by right clicking the file on my drive. I use we transfer when other clients need to send me things, and it seems very fast for what it is, but it doesn't beat having the files already on a server waiting for download.
