Getty never used to be cheap.  In fact, their stock licenses can be outrageous.  However, I read recently that they're releasing some of their catalog of still images into the public domain.

There are dozens of sites with royalty-free music, which means that after paying for the initial fee, you can use it on anything and everything you do in perpetuity, regardless of distribution format or market.  You can find a lot of them just by googling for "royalty free music" and double check their terms to make sure you know what you're agreeing to.
