the reasons you mentioned. Service interruptions. Slow, capped transfer speeds up and down. Ads. delayed, non-consistent, sometimes non-existant notifications. The fact everyone uses it because they can't be bothered to learn a simple ftp program. Especially producers. ugh.

So, can you other customers who were so enthusiastic about wetransfer corroborate that?  Or, am I being shined on?

I've got less than a week left to cancel my year commitment without penalty, and I'm considering it.  I can't afford these delays.  I have impetuous clients.
