They are available to the whole system; any application. Only issue would be that they become unusable/removed if your CC membership lapses. Make outlines if using in final work, just in case.

Not sure why you don't see the update that allows them. Maybe reinstall CC app?

There are a lot of good fonts, some are "web use only" though. Which I feel is odd.

i have been waiting too for a long time now to see the TypeKit fonts being available, and the Cloud Storage to become active. I also just see "Coming Soon" in my install of CC :-(

i dont really like reinstalling everything to get this to work, all the apps runs fine on my computer, something we have problems with on other installs.

This Creative Clould hasn't actually been painless :-(
