If you apply your=20 Fractal Noise first, then apply the corner pins, then apply Shine, it=20 should all work fine. It does here, no pre-comping required. However, if you apply the fractal noise after the geometry is=20 transformed, the noise is relative to the comp, not the layer. Switch=20 the stacking order around and see if that fixes it for you.
