It appears to be caused by the Noise filter on a 2048x1556 72pi image set to 3.0% and Color Noise, Clip Result Values checked with CC Radial Blur Type Centered Zoom, 0.0 Amount 75.0 quality. Disabling these two effects enables the comp to be rendered. Maybe its a plugin compatibility thing?
