Just for fun, are you sure that doesn't have something to do with the interpretation of the fields? In AE's interpret footage, what's selected, Lower Field first, or None? Try the opposite of whatever you have and see if it makes a difference. Just curious, if you have the time, cause that doesn't look right to me, even though I don't doubt that Pr does a better job than AE in scaling in this version of the program.
