Right... I didn't read it incorrectly... they said encrypted info HAS been taken, and that at this time, adobe does not believe any decrypted info has been taken... alluding to the fact that they store decrypted info on their servers..(mentioning both as have and have not been taken suggests both existed on their servers)

I guess it's a grammar mistake and they should have said "All of the information the hackers took was encrypted.. Adobe does not store any decrypted information on our systems"

I'd say adobe has acted pretty well.
