Even H.265 will max at 8192. Aren't they driving the monitors separately? Send them 8 HD movies and they'll time them with 4 dual graphics boards like most of the OTS solutions. Some of the clients I've worked with just want large images and let their software split it up, so you could make the movie and just split the audio and video and post frames, PNGs, for them. Do you know what system they're going to project with?

They don't seem to know much about delivery specs, but they think they want a 8640x1920. Is this common? I want to send them a test file but I can't even get h264 to do that resolution (i believe it maxes out at 4096?).
