As the others mentioned, delivery specs are driven by the playback system -- you need to talk with someone actually engineering the playback to know for sure what to deliver. Anything here would just be a guess.

I'll add that depending on the physical configuration of the screens, you may need to work wider than 8640 to accommodate for the width of display bezels or negative space between panels.

They don't seem to know much about delivery specs, but they think they want a 8640x1920. Is this common? I want to send them a test file but I can't even get h264 to do that resolution (i believe it maxes out at 4096?).
