Can we presume you don't have Production Premium CS6 or CC?

If you did, you could drop your Ae Comps into Pr, and export stereo audio with no extra rendering step.

I've started delivering spots that way to ER and DG, with no rejections for out-of-spec audio configuration.

Agreed, we can fix in FCP no problem but the plan is not to put them back into aFCP.

We had our files kicked back from the network distributor due to them being dual mono instead of stereo and we are not in a position to argue or tell them to change their workflow. We need to deliver stereo.
