If he has the file already, which he does, he should be able to just do that on his end the same. He was a bit feisty on the phone about the whole thing so I hope I don't insult him by telling him that. If this helps, he said this early on: "Pro Tools does not use mp4 files. So what ever you give me, I will transcode to another codec such as Pro Res Proxy or Photo JPEG. I have had some problems transcoding from mp4 to other codecs whether I used Mpeg Streamclip, Compressor or Quicktime Pro." Do you suppose, changing that extension to .mov will still work?
