in the export dialog, Video tab, Codec is the first selection. rest of the panel changes to suit codec... and you have to scroll the panel to see all the options.

Right now, H264, .mp4, 1280x720 at min 3 bits/8 bits, gives me a 1.6GB file and I need it about the same for online file transfer.

 

Also, this takes me about 5 hrs to render.  My native file in Premiere is about 14 individual DNxHD clips.  Is that typical or is there some "use native codec" that he mentioned to reduce time?
