The problem with PhotoJPG though is that at 1280x720 for an hour you're
going to end up with a significantly large file that will be very difficult
for you and him to send over the Internet unless you both have unusually
fast connections.

with QuickTime's Sornsen Video 3 codec. That was the standard delivery
format before H.264 entered the scene. It should output an MOV and I
believe it is an intraframe codec (which Pro Tools apparently requires) but
I can't find confirmation of this.
