| The problem with PhotoJPG though is that at 1280x720 for an hour you're going to end up with a significantly large file that will be very difficult for you and him to send over the Internet unless you both have unusually fast connections. If you find that the final file size is indeed a problem, try compressing with QuickTime's Sornsen Video 3 codec. That was the standard delivery format before H.264 entered the scene. It should output an MOV and I believe it is an intraframe codec (which Pro Tools apparently requires) but I can't find confirmation of this.
