By that, I mean, I am using a full length locked film that I did not have to edit but I'm doing all the AE effects and have a sizable amount of work done in AE already.  Is there a way to do the same link to Premiere so I can render just once?  I've been rendering scenes from AE, and then laying them down in Premiere over the top of the locked film (to ensure they are synched).  And then, I've been rendering sample clips from Premiere.  I could save some decent time if I can reduce that second render.
