I contacted Adobe support and the told me to delete the opm.db file (screenshot here: http://www.feezenfreezen.de/imgshares/OOBE_180FDA29.png). It is working now but sometimes it takes 5-10 minutes to log in. And I always get annoyed by "trial versions" and similar strange issues... I completely disagree with Adobe's creative cloud move, it did not bring any advantages but many new problems to deal with in daily life. Additionally, the cloud is not designed for working with audiovisual contents, I mean even Dropbox allows previewing your mp4-files. It should not be that difficult to have a html5 wrapper or something similar to that. To show my discontent I will cancel my subscription after the first year. I do not have problems paying monthly but I do not support a strategy that makes products worse than they used to be. Besides this, nice greetings from Cologne ;) On 17.10.13 09:20, Richard Green wrote: > I find the main apps OK but the CC app itself is a pain.
