I used Acronis True Image and cloned the OS drive after booting from a flash disk. The 100GB clone took five minutes. Swapped the drives and now it boots up 20 s faster with no further optimization. Pretty impressed with how easy that was. Now I can keep the original as a hot-swappable backup if anything happens to my OS. Pretty cool.
