Ok all, here's a type expression challenge for you… and yes, by challenge I mean, please do my work for me (I have a new born baby, I'm tired, give me a break!)

Challenge 1.)

Start with a phrase, letter by letter, the letters of the phrase travel to another line on the screen and one by one spell out left to right a word (anagram style, so all the letters in the original phrase are used in the word that ultimately gets spelled out)

Challenge 2.)

Start with a sentence, word by word, words are pulled out of the sentence to form a phrase on a separate line.  Not all the words of the original sentence are used.

I'm actually willing to do most of the work myself…  Just wanted to hear from expression gurus if this even sounds possible before I go down the road of trying to figure it out.  I'm trying to avoid having to keyframe the whole thing as I have a bunch of these to do…  Would love to just be able to put the beginning and end phrase/word and just move a slider to do the rest.  Impossible?!
