Just an update... Got the file converted.. Thanks everyone.. This community is so quick on its feet, I had the file back in my hands within about 5 minutes..

I've got an animator who took over a project of mine for a client, and he's only running on AE 5.5 and I'm on CC.  I provided CC and CS6 versions of the project, but he can't open either.. 

Would need conversion to 5.5 if possible.

message me off-list if you can help and I'll provide a link to the file in question.. just need it opened, saved down to 5.5 and closed, no worries about assets being missing, etc.
