I've had the same issue and now you've got me scratching my head trying =
to recall how I fixed it.  I think that all I did was fiddle with the =
particular motion blur settings and that helped.  Try changing the =
'type' from linear to sub-frame sample.  If that doesn't work, try =
adjust the shutter angle and phase in particular.
