It is flexible, reliable and fast once you learn the interface. It's not perfect but it is way better than the built in particle systems. Anyone kno= w if there is a way to have particles follow a path in After Effects WITHOU= T using a plug in like Particular?

I want to create a river of fire = that spreads along a specific path. =A0The fire part is easy enough in AE b= ut now want it to go exactly where I need it go.
