Yes, but with Photoshop and Illustrator instead (I am on 10.7.5). So far After Effects CC is unaffected (though there is a bug that forces me to turn off disk caching).

In my case, my CC app has crashed/quit prior to the other CC app issues. Only way to fix is to restart. De-installing and reinstalling the CC app does not fix the issue.
