Try again with After Effects CC (12.1), which we’re releasing tomorrow. It has some improvements regarding OptiX that After Effects CC (12.0.1) doesn’t have. The 12.0.1 update was an extremely limited, quick-turn update that was only put out to prevent a single crash on Mavericks. From: After Effects Mail List [mailto:AE-List@media-motion.tv] On Behalf Of Peter Mock This is really challenging ... since I have upgraded to Maverik Mac OSX 10.9 I am facing challenges with my After Effects CC despite of updating it to 12.01 and running it on the newest possible Apple Powerbook (Intel Quad Core i7, Processor Speed: 2.8 GHz) with GPU NVIDIA GeForce GT 650M and Intel HD Graphics 4000 Graphic card. Sometimes After Effects doesnt open at all, in fact if i open it and quit it I have to restart my machine in order to relaunch AE. Anyone else experiencing this sort of issues?
