Has anyone here ever bought stock footage from Adoptashot.com?

I ordered something the other day and other than the payment
acknowledgement, I received zero info on downloading the product and now
I'm stuck.  I'm beginning to question their legitimacy.  I've written 3
times with no response.

If anyone has knowledge, I appreciate it.
