Pretty standard, except moved the effect panel to the right of the comp view to make it more friendly to hotscrub values with a Wacom without getting too near the edge of the wacom all the time.

Not dissimilar to yours, apart from my main comp being on the right rather than the left.  I don't make much (if any) use of the multiple workspaces for different tasks either - I used them back in the early days when I only had one small monitor, but have plenty of  space these days with dual monitors).  I occasionally dock additional script UI panels on there if I'm using them frequently in a project.

Will be interesting to see others!

(I'm sticking with CS6 for the time being, so the reset hasn't been a problem for me)

Uploading to imgur.com would be great for accessibility purposes, as they tend to keep things on their server for a while. You can do a simple anonymous upload without registering for an account or anything.
