Not dissimilar to yours, apart from my main comp being on the right rather than the left.  I don't make much (if any) use of the multiple workspaces for different tasks either - I used them back in the early days when I only had one small monitor, but have plenty of  space these days with dual monitors).  I occasionally dock additional script UI panels on there if I'm using them frequently in a project.

Will be interesting to see others!

(I'm sticking with CS6 for the time being, so the reset hasn't been a problem for me)

Always kinda wanted to see how everyone else works in AE. Over the years I've customized my workspace to just the right way. If anything is even a little off, I feel weird and need to make it "mine" again.  To that extent, I've got one specific layout that handles everything, and I don't really use multiple workspaces for different tasks.

Would love to see how others do theirs. Maybe there's something I'm missing that would make workflow a lot faster.

Uploading to imgur.com would be great for accessibility purposes, as they tend to keep things on their server for a while. You can do a simple anonymous upload without registering for an account or anything.
