What you get if you upgrade from Lite to Broadcast or Studio. Conversely, it's a list of what ISN"T in Lite.

What I'd really like to have from Broadcast:
Rigid Dynamics with MoGraph objects
MoDynamics is based on the proven Bullet physics library. Set simple parameters like Mass,
Bounce, Gravity, Friction and more and let MoDynamics do the work.

FAQ about LIte...
http://www.maxon.net/products/cineware-cinema-4d-lite/faq.html
"CINEMA 4D Lite includes most of the functionality of CINEMA 4D Prime without polygonal modeling, particles and character tools, includes some deformers and shaders. In addition, rendering directly inside CINEMA 4D Lite is limited to a resolution of 800x600 pixels and renders cannot be saved. Rendering in After Effects CC is, of course, not restricted to any defined resolution and will be rendered at the given project resolution automatically."
