Looks great!
nicely animated with fluid motion. Nice rendering too.
Just my 2 cents if I may:
on the promo on vimeo, initially the lip sync seemed off, when I saw the AE tuts final piece I realized it was dubbed afterwards for the promo speakage, yet first impressions are quite important aren't they?
And in general the mouth seems to me conservatively animated, perhaps a decision as to not alter the characters persona, yet I'd like it a bit more expressive especially with its length and the Os.
