I can't really do anything when the request comes over the Media-Motion email list because there's no link for me to forward to the relevant parties, et cetera. I'm not going to get the non-application-specific customer service folks to subscribe to an After Effects email-based list to help with things like this.

So, please, help us to help you by bringing your non-After Effects issues to the Adobe web forums.
